  • Finding and referencing a suitable tenant
  • Taking initial rent and deposit and accounting to you for the same
  • Preparing a legally binding tenancy agreement and tenancy deposit protection documents
  • Advising utilities and local authority of new tenancy
  • Protecting tenant’s deposit under Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • The offer of a RENTAL WARRANTY on the basis of grade ‘A’ tenant referencing result
